Students first in-house field placement where they apply the clinical principles gained in the first two semesters of the program. Students demonstrate clinical competency, implement health and safety practices, and act in accordance with AHIP best practice guidelines. Students work with live patients and patient simulations. Students maintain client charts in accordance with Humber clinic protocol. Lastly, a reflective component allows student to glean from their peers via online discussion forums.
