This course will explore the basic building materials, connection methods and connection hardware for residential renovation construction. This will include the Building code methods for constructing foundations, floor systems, walls items and roof trusses. Co- requisite to Rough Framing is, Renovation Practices 1, where many of the concepts in Rough framing will be practiced in that lab environment.
