This course provides the opportunity for the student to apply concepts learned and practiced throughout the program in order to develop a successful food and beverage operation business plan. The course will cover the key components of Entrepreneurship, starting from the identification of a concept to the development of a comprehensive business plan with supporting research and documents. Using a practical approach, the student will progress through various modules that are key to starting a new food and beverage business. Students will present their food and beverage concepts to a select panel for input and feedback.
