This course deals with the application of switches and loads in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) circuits, such as bimetal, mercury switches, rod and tube, bellows, bulb sensors, thermocouples, thermopiles, thermistors, diodes, triacs, SCRs, transducers, anticipators, wheat stone bridge, temperature discs, pressure switches, gas valves, ignition systems and three-phase motors. Module 12 of the Gas Technician 2 program is included.
