This course explores the both the theory and practice of leadership. Relevant theory on leadership in the contemporary context will be analyzed, with a focus on diversity, inclusion and belonging. Students will assess leadership capacity and limitations in organizations, teams and themselves. They will develop leadership skills and behaviours that enhance their and others' contributions to the success of the organization.
