This is the second Design Studio course in the program. The students develop a clear understanding of the fundamentals of product design processes and incorporate effective design strategies. Through both collaborative and individual in-studio activities, students develop concepts that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The technique of design critique is used for students to present, promote and defend their design concepts.
