This course will provide students with the knowledge, skills and tools to market themselves to their dream employers, and to effectively gain rewarding employment using their soft, hard and transferable skills. Job search will be an ongoing process, utilized many times over, as careers change and evolve. This course has been developed to prepare students to conduct an effective job search in light of today's challenging job market and get a better understanding of employers' expectations in today's ever-changing economy. The course is meant to address needs of diverse populations in a flexible, easy-to-access manner.
