The investigative journalist thrives on uncovering the stories behind the news. Continually asking why, the in-depth reporter seeks answers to the questions that drive our community curiosity. Investigative storytelling crosses all media in search of knowledge, truth and justice. Working in groups, students tackle a multilayered investigative project for the web, which includes copy stories and audio and video to compile a series of stories or a single, multi-faceted story package which sheds light on a topic of social or political interest.
