This course will deal with various aspects of residential real transactions which are essential for the practitioner to know and includes title searching in Teraview. Various aspects of a typical residential real estate transaction from the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, surveys, title insurance, off title searches, requisitions through to closing the transaction in Teraview will be discussed. Students will understand land use controls, mortgages, calculating closing balances as well as resale condominium purchases and purchases of homes and condominiums from a builder.
