The student needs to have completed Family Law 1. Family Law 2 (and Family Law 1) will familiarize the law clerk student with the law relating to marriage, separation, divorce and other aspects of family relationships. Students will become familiar with documents related to divorce as well as financial and property issues and will be able to recognize, analyze and formulate procedures for dealing with family law problems. Students will use industry-specific software to create relevant documentation.
