Course Code: MCSC 6000
Academic Year: 2026-2027
This course explores physical, cyber and supply chain security measures in an integrated approach. The course examines security operations, such as authentication, access controls, surveillance systems, endpoint security, automatic identification and traceability that enhance the physical, cyber and supply chain defenses of an enterprise; the course will address cybersecurity for data at rest and in transit over physical and wireless methods of communication. Students will participate in labs where they build and test integrated security systems, focusing on safeguarding supply chains from both physical and cyber threats. Case studies and simulations will provide practical insights into real-world security breaches. By the end of the course, students will be prepared to identify threats and related measures, develop strategies and implement solutions that protect organizational assets across physical, cyber, and supply chain domains.
