These skills include presentation and budget management. Through a combination of case studies, simulations, and a project that addresses a relevant industry need, students will gain practical experience in aligning cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. The course emphasizes decision-making during crisis management, ethical leadership, and effective communication with decision-makers. Students will explore key challenges, such as risk management and organizational behaviour within the evolving threat landscape. The course culminates in a comprehensive project presentation, demonstrating the ability to lead complex cybersecurity programs and drive organizational security resilience at the executive level.
