Writing for the web is a specialized skill that has at its core a deep concern for the user's ability to find reliable information, solve problems and engage with materials. In this course, students write, edit and publish tangible work aligned with a defined content strategy designed to meet a specific business goal. Students apply principles of accessibility and editorial oversight to ensure that content standards are met. Students enhance their storytelling and user engagement with effective use of audio, video, photography, graphics and text across multiple platforms selected for their target audience and the identified business goals.
