This course will consolidate the theoretical knowledge of medication administration through practical application. Students will explore the relevant College of Nurses regulatory documents, as well as legislative guidelines and ethical codes of conduct. Participants will have numerous opportunities to practice safe medication administration, utilizing all routes, in a simulated lab environment. This is an application course which requires weekly participation and demonstration by each student using relevant equipment and supplies.
