In this course, students are introduced to the quality assurance practices and techniques utilized in the healthcare and foodservice industries. Students learn to interpret the standards of practice and implement processes to ensure compliance. Through interactive lectures and class work, students gain practical experience in developing and utilizing tools to assess compliance to Ministry and accreditation standards.
