Technology has impacted the way marketing operates in a dramatic and complex way. Marketing Operations Research studies analysis and planning of the marketing complex systems. This course has a strong emphasis on model formulation and mathematical modelling using as a methodology, an introductory approach of Linear and Integer Programming techniques. At the end of the course, students will have the skills to build their own formulations, to expand existing formulations, to critically evaluate the impact of model assumptions and to choose an appropriate solution technique for a given formulation.
