This course requires students to participate in writing a workable business plan for a new business, emphasizing the market research and marketing strategy components of the business plan. The goal of the course is to give students an understanding of the planning issues involved in developing a new business. The course will allow students to see the relevance of entrepreneurship to their own lives and encourage them to consider self-employment as a career path.
