Sales and marketing go hand in hand. Within this course students examine the steps a client goes through to buy a product/service and the best strategies to assist the client throughout this process. Students investigate the factors which influence sales across a product life span and explore various methods to enhance relationship management and client retention. Through simulated and real-life activities (in partnership with Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment) students apply professional sales strategies and tactics including prospecting, networking, negotiating and after sales service.
