Clinical Chemistry supports learners with the knowledge and hands-on skills of fundamental concepts in chemistry as they apply to medical laboratory settings. This course will explore the handling, processing, and examination of specimens as they relate to pre-analytical and analytical work of clinical chemistry. Emphasis will be placed on urinalysis, point of care testing, instrumentation and automation in the clinical chemistry laboratory.
