Within this course learners explore tools and techniques to ensure clear, focused, precise and professional writing and communication skills required for Medical Laboratory Professionals. Students will be introduced to laboratory information systems, requisition processing, and the interpretation and development of standard operating procedures. Emphasis will be placed on professional communication within the laboratory setting and interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals.
