This course is part one of a student-driven exploration of emerging technologies. Students self-select a new technology that is likely to have a significant impact on their chosen industry. During class, the instructor works with each student to identify techniques to learn the new technology and create a portfolio piece with it. The goal of the course is to obtain skills and confidence learning new technologies, techniques, and abilities independently to keep pace with a rapidly changing industry.
