Students will fully engage with the creative process, learning to bring ideas to canvas and reality through thumbnail sketches, colour studies, preliminary drawings and the transferring of these drawings to the canvas. Students will be encouraged to experiment with materials and applications to make the visual language of painting and colour a vehicle for personal expression.
