Learners examine the relationship between culture and health, including health disparities among populations who disproportionately experience inequity. Strategies to foster inclusivity and improve cross-cultural health care delivery and outcomes are explored through discussions and reflective practice. Using an interprofessional approach, learners develop cultural competence that will support therapeutic relationships and collaborative practice in diverse clinical settings.
