In this capstone course, students prepare to enter the profession of massage therapy. They review concepts of interviewing, assessment treatment planning, techniques and remedial exercise for a variety of clinical presentations. Students explore the registration process with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and reflect on their readiness to attempt the entry-to-practice examinations. The course culminates in a seven-station oral practical evaluation that aims to simulate the CMTO's objectively structured clinical examinations.
