Students study the protocols, technologies and network infrastructure used to support VoIP telephony network that has replaced popular PABXs. Students also learn how to set up, configure and troubleshoot different VoIP telephony features that are used in the organizations and government sector. Students also examine technologies and networking infrastructure and devices used for video teleconferencing.
