The importance of professionalism in the workplace environment is the focus of this course. Students learn strategies for effective oral and written communication and gain experience in professional writing, meeting management and presentations. Students discover individual strengths and determine how they can be used to direct career decisions. An extensive professional portfolio is created and will be used in the placement selection and career-search process.
