This seminar-style course introduces Pharmacy Technician students to the principles and practices of intraprofessional collaboration within pharmacy teams. Through this in-person workshop, students engage in interactive team activities, case-based scenarios, and facilitated discussions designed to strengthen collaborative competencies. Key learning objectives include clarifying professional roles within pharmacy practice, communicating effectively and respectfully during conflict and decision-making, and recognizing the importance of interprofessional competence across health systems. This experiential learning opportunity prepares students to contribute to safe, effective, and patient-centered care through meaningful collaboration with pharmacists and other health care professionals.
