This course will allow students to apply their knowledge and skills acquired from all other courses in the Project Management postgraduate program as well as independent primary research to a real-life project. The project selected for this course will be sponsored by an enterprise or an organization and must be relevant to the professional practice of project management, focusing on applicability and improvement of best practices in a real-life situation.
