This course is designed to empower learners with the skills and techniques required to plan and schedule activities and resources throughout the IT project lifecycle by using professional project management tools and techniques. The core topics include planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the project and allocating resources to implement the IT project. Other techniques include planning the scope of work, developing schedules, allocating people and physical resources, and applying earned value analysis.
