In this course students will apply the fundamentals of legal writing to more complex documentation encountered in paralegal practice, including case comments, legal research memoranda, affidavits, factums, written submissions, and reporting letters. Students will hone their legal writing skills while completing a major legal research paper or legal factum over the course of the term.
