This final field placement provides Personal Support Worker (PSW) students with a 160-hour 4 week consolidation experience in a supervised clinical setting. Students apply their knowledge and skills to deliver safe, ethical, and person-centred care in long-term care, hospital, or community environments. Guided by a PSW preceptor, students progressively build independence and confidence in performing the full scope of PSW responsibilities.
