This course places an emphasis on the strategic decision making and management process that senior leaders must work within to chart a course of success for their organization. In this capstone course, students apply the full breadth of skills and knowledge acquired throughout their studies in the sport management program along with their introduction to the strategic management process towards solving a real-time sport industry business case.
