In this course, students continue the process of developing essential leadership skills while analyzing organizational behaviour within sport organizations. Course topics include an introduction to organizational behaviour; individual behaviour in the workplace; power and influence; building trusting teams; conflict; decision making; organizational culture; organizational change; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and ongoing leadership development. In addition, students gain new insights on leadership and career success by attending a conference with sport industry leaders.
