In this course, students learn the foundations of professionalism as it pertains to the practice of traditional Chinese medicine in Ontario. Through classroom discussion and simulated practice scenarios, students develop a sense of professional identity in the context of regulation, exploring effective clinical communication, the ethics of practice, safety parameters within a clinical setting and practice management standards.
