Students explore the structure and function of the 12 main channels and their collaterals in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), mapping them on the body and explaining their relationships to anatomical structures. They palpate channels and identify key acupuncture points, analyzing how disruptions within these channels may impact physical and emotional health. By developing skills in patient communication, touch consent, and professional, ethical interactions, students ensure safe practice. Students build confidence in locating channels and their ability to apply channel theory in clinical decision-making.
