Students are introduced to the fundamental theories and techniques of tui na, a hands-on therapeutic massage in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This lab-based course emphasizes the development of essential manual skills focusing on the application of various tui na manipulations. Through practical, hands-on instruction, students refine their techniques and learn to apply them effectively to support health. Emphasis is placed on understanding body mechanics, hand positioning, and the therapeutic intent behind each movement.
