Course Code: TCMA 305
Academic Year: 2026-2027
Students integrate biomedical concepts of the central and peripheral nervous systems, the muscular system, and classical acupuncture theory to address pain, motor, and sensory dysfunction. Emphasizing the upper limbs, head, and face, students explore the relationship between the neuro-muscular system and the acupuncture channel system. Through hands-on practice, they assess and treat motor points, trigger points, and acupuncture points to enhance pain management and restore motor, and sensory function. This course deepens students' clinical understanding and application of integrative approaches to neuro-muscular health.
