Students engage in independent exploration of a self-selected area within Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), deepening their understanding of a specific condition or health issue. Through research and critical analysis, students examine their topic using TCM theories and treatment approaches while integrating perspectives from Western medicine. By evaluating diagnostic methods, acupuncture, herbal therapies, and other modalities, students gain insight into the interplay between TCM and contemporary healthcare. Findings are shared through class presentations, fostering collaborative learning and professional dialogue. This process cultivates advanced skills in interdisciplinary integration, evidence-informed practice, and holistic approaches to addressing complex health challenges.
