Pedagogical Grammar II is a continuation of the Pedagogical Grammar I course. The course prepares prospective English Language teachers to teach grammar in ELL contexts in accordance to ELL curricula. It focuses on the planning and execution of grammar lesson plans, and the evaluation, selection and adaptation of grammar activities and materials. Students will continue to develop their grammatical knowledge of forms and functions and apply them to the teaching of structures within a communicative framework in meaningful, authentic lessons. Emphasis will be given to in-class demonstrations and the micro-teaching of grammatical structures.
