This course is required for students in the Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant program in the School of Health Sciences. The structure and functions of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems will be discussed along with a brief overview of the endocrine and lymphatic systems. This material will provide a background that will enable students to understand the basic concepts of normal physiological function and of disorders related to these systems.
