Students will investigate a selection of disabling conditions based on broad diagnostic categories, encompassing cardiac, respiratory and endocrine conditions specific to pediatric, adult and geriatric populations. Emphasis will be placed on the impact that these conditions present to the individual within the framework of the World Health Organization's International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health model.
