This course will introduce students to the theoretical and practical application of knowledge and skills that an OTA will require to work with clients with chronic health conditions. Students will apply their understanding of the physiological aspects of the disease processes and their impact on functional performance to implement client centred treatment plans that improve and enable occupational performance.
