The Voice 6 course will focus on consolidating and refining the skills learned in previous years as applied specifically to the demands of performance. Through coaching and tutorials, students will continue to develop and refine their personal practice for maintaining vocal health and agility while they work to meet the needs of the third-year production season. In the winter show and following workshop the students will integrate vocal and movement skills learned in the previous semesters into the process of physical theatre creation and performance. In the spring show the students will apply vocal and dialect training to the creation of complex dramatic characters. Throughout the semester students will work individually and in groups with coaches and directors to be able to transform vocally and perform according to professional standards and expectations.
