The course introduces students to the art of selling tourism products by providing service excellence to customers to ensure long-term relationships based on trust and loyalty. Theoretical concepts of customer behaviour, needs and motivations are taught with hands-on, applied teaching methods, and are strongly supported by real-life training modules used in the tourism industry, courtesy of Contiki Holidays. Students will gain insights into selling techniques and customer relationship management methods.
