Introduction to User Experience Design

The course is an introduction to the User Experience (UX) practice. Students will be introduced to the elements designing experiences, why psychology matters, the intersection between business and user requirements, UX functions and roles in the industry, design thinking and processes, problem exploration and definition, product versus service design, mapping experiences, inclusive design, design language and communicating as a UX designer.
