The practice of User Experience Design is rooted in research, followed by creation, followed by iterative improvements and validation with end users. Students will learn the fundamentals of usability testing and optimization, and practice by usability testing a prototype they've developed. In this foundational course, students will plan a usability test project, facilitate the sessions, analyze the data, write a report, and update their work based on their findings.
