Academic Year: 2023-2024
Students will practice the digital product design skills gained in semester one, including problem-finding and framing, constructing task flows or redesigned site architectures, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and completing a polished and iterated product. They will also be introduced to service design, complete a service audit, develop service deliverables based on their site audit findings, and find innovative service interventions.
