Designing for Service is a growing interdisciplinary approach and way of thinking focused on results for users of services. In this course, students gain a common vocabulary with which to communicate in this evolving field to help find service issues, frame service problems, create, prototype, and recommend service interventions. Organizations are seeking to adapt to the changing expectations of their clients for useful, usable, and desirable experiences. In this course, students will have the opportunity to work through their own service design project from inquiry to delivery.
