This course offers students an applied learning opportunity by working on a test project as a crew with the primary emphasis on the process of production and the acquisition of practical skills, rather than the final output. In crews, students will execute a virtual production project designed to train them in the foundational technical requirements of an ICVFX project while balancing the dynamics of a crew. This project will center on the utilization of an LED volume, where each student will assume specific roles integral to the production process. This project is designed to intersect with other courses in the program and enable students to gain the mentorship of specialized faculty in problem-solving for their work. As students navigate this multifaceted course, they will gain a profound comprehension of virtual production and also cultivate invaluable collaborative and problem-solving skills.
