Raster-based graphics are an important part of any modern web design. This course teaches the effective use of Photoshop to process images and produce web-ready graphics. Students will learn the techniques needed to optimize and organize images on a web site. The use of script frameworks and libraries will be embedded within this course as part of a web production workflow. Galleries, image sliders, menus and other UI elements will be explored and customized with graphical assets that were created using the techniques taught earlier in the course.
